Prep a week’s worth of breakfasts at once. Over the past couple of years i’ve made a few different variations of overnight oats and i’ve listed below my 10 favourite combinations.
½ apple, cored and coarsely grated.

1/3 cup plain greek yogurt. 15g dried apricots, roughly chopped. Once thickened, stir in the yoghurt, apple, sultana and cinnamon.
In the morning, scatter each bowl of oats with 1/2 tablespoon mixed. On the night before you plan to enjoy your oats, mix together 1/2 cup whole rolled oats and 1/2 cup milk. You all know how much i love overnight oats.
Overnight oats are incredibly versatile and can include all manner of fruit, seeds and yoghurt. And at the same time it can be the most delicious breakfast as well. Add 1 large grated apple (skin on) and 80ml apple juice to basic overnight oats and soak overnight in an airtight container.
2/3 cup unsweetened milk of choice. Pinch of cinnamon, according to taste. 250g alpro plain no sugars alternative to yogurt.
100ml alpro soya unsweetened alternative to milk. Any fruit, fresh or frozen can be used as well as different flavoured yogurt or different flavourings instead of vanilla.
